Because of the high frequency and high speed, the materials can run in a fast straight line to avoid the phenomenon of sticking. Because the particles are small, there is no net blocking phenomenon, and the problem of sticking is more important, the 4-stage vibrating motor should be used. Due to the large water content, 304 stainless steel perforated plate should be used as the main screen plate, with strong corrosion resistance. Generally, chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry choose more.
3. The built-in water drenching device should be used for the materials with high viscosity. The second washing in the back half of the dewatering screen can reduce the cohesiveness of the materials, and the water washing function can obtain good dewatering effect.

In order to give full play to the function of dewatering screen, under normal circumstances, the side plate after the installation of level 4 vibrating motor has fracture and many complex phenomena.
